About Ricky

I am a full-time dance professional with a variety of experience as a performer, choreographer and instructor. I have choreographed for and taught children, teenagers and adults, and even professional ballet dancers. As a child growing up in Colombia, music and dance were a big part of my life. It was only a matter of time before I took steps to become a Salsa dancer, and I have become a well-known dance personality in Miami and Miami Beach. Although I specialize in Latin dancing, (specifically salsa - Casino Rueda, LA style - merengue and bachata), I am adept at picking up any and all dance styles and teaching them to non-professionals.
